1. WHERE DO I PARK?

There is FREE easy access parking located in the main lot in front of the salon.

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We understand the challenges of Calgary traffic, however if you are more than 15 minutes late your service may be transferred to an alternate stylist with the availability needed to complete your treatment. We ask that you please notify our team of any delays as soon as possible to allow our team the best chance at honouring your appointment.

3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment online. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or are missed entirely will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount.

4. DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE GUARANTEE?

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

5. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALON?

We are a child friendly facility, but please be advised that our team will not assume responsibility for your child and that guardian supervision is required at all times; any disruption to our valued clients salon experience may result in the guardian and child being asked to leave. In the event of damages to company property the guardian will be held liable.

6. HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?

We have a tiered pricing system where you pay for the level of Stylist that you see. A Stylistโ€™s level is determined by their experience, skill and service demand. We understand that our guests have unique challenges and aspirations and we believe that our personalized approach is a fair, simple and transparent way of pricing our services. It also empowers our stylists to be creative by removing the restrictions set by the conventional โ€˜one size fits allโ€™ approach.
